$4,200/week (Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am) + HST

+$250 cleaning fee

Off-Season (weekly)

$3,500/week (Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am) + HST

+$250 cleaning fee

Off-season is Sept 7, 2024 to May 16, 2025

Off-Season (nightly)

$500/night (check in @3pm, check out @ 10am) + HST

+$225 cleaning fee
